We need to guarentee our property owners that you are a responsible tenant and that you can pay your rent.
You can download our Apartment Lease application RENTAL APPLICATION.pdf and prepare yourself to bring following documents:
- Completly filled out Apartment Lease Application
- Photocopy of State of Federal ID. (Driver's License or Social Security Card or Passport)
- Photocopy of most recent: Federal and State Tax Returns, and/or W-2 Forms, and/or copy of most recent pay stubs.
- Employment letter indicating you position, yearly salary, history, length of employment and future prospects.
- Two personal reference letters.
- Letter from current landlord.
- Credit Report inquiry. (will be done by Alexander Hidalgo Inc.)
